Common Questions
How Much Space Do You Require?
For
birthday party
shows, not much space is required. A typical living room is all
the space needed- about a 4'x4' space for performing and additional
space for the children to sit in front of my performing area to watch
the performance.
Do You
Need To Use An Electrical Outlet?
Yes- I
utilize a
stereo during birthday party performances. I always
bring an extension chord, so as long as there is an electrical outlet
in the general vicinity of the performance area, it will be ok.
Do You Need a Table?
No- I bring
my own
table
Can You Perform The Show Outdoors?
Yes- my
show can
be performed outdoors, weather permitting. It is always safest to
plan to have the show indoors just in case it is windy due to the fact
that many of my props are light and can get blown away if it is too
windy.
Can Food Be Served During Birthday Party Show?
It is up to
you if
you serve food during the show, however, from experience, I have
determined that it is best to serve food either before or after the
performance. The birthday show consists of a lot of audience
participation and food tends to distract the children as well as get
messy.
Is Your
Show Age Appropriate?
All of my
shows
are age
appropriate. Each show is custom tailored to the age group for
which
it is being performed. Every show is 100% clean for the entire
family.
How Much Do You Charge?
Pricing
depends on
the type and size of the event.

How Long Are Your Birthday Shows?
Birthday
shows
last from 30-60 minutes.
Where Will You Travel To Perform?
For
birthday
parties, I typically perform in the suburbs of Chicago. Any
birthday shows outside a certain area may be subject to a small travel
charge. I do travel outside of Illinois for other special events.
How Many Guests Are Allowed To Attend?
There is no
limit
to the number of guests you have for any birthday party or special
event.
How Far In Advance Do We Need To Request A Date For A Show?
Typically
it is
best to request a date at least a month in advance because dates tend
to fill up quickly, especially on weekends. Custom themed events
require a longer period of time in order to customize the show for
yours specific theme. Don't hesitate to request a date even if
it's less than a month away- it is possible that you will be in luck
and the date will be open!
